Just as a parent learns to embrace children through their most difficult moments of growth, so  does the sunlight of your divinity, as each ray of emotion is allowed to be heard and embraced for the innocence it truly is. You don’t have to like how you feel, or even know how to love what’s arising, whenever emotions erupt. You can simply rest in knowing this is only here to be loved, as a chance to unravel the judgments I’ve unknowingly projected upon the infinite beauty of my eternal being."
